Reseller Training
Reseller Training
Set up a personal training session with us. Expertise in a range of thermal barcode printers is a selling tool — the more you know about the models, the better you can recommend the right one for your customer’s label application. Sessions are one-to-one and scheduled around you.
Sales or technical training on any of the 7 printer lines we sell today, plus 2 more we still service — and on the Loftware software line we distribute.
What a session covers
Tell us whether you want the sales angle, the technical one, or both, and we will build the session around the lines you sell.
Printer lines we train on
Every printer line Century carries. Pick a brand below to see the models, or ask us to cover a single family — a session on one industrial printer is just as welcome as a tour of a whole line.

These models are largely out of production, but our National Service Center still repairs them and your customers still run them. Training here is diagnosis and repair rather than a product pitch.

Loftware training
Century Systems powers Loftware Forward, Loftware’s reseller program for North America — so labeling software training sits alongside the printer training above. There are three routes, and they do different jobs.
Each is an annual subscription for unlimited learners at that customer. Note that the Loftware Cloud Designer base subscription already includes Academy, so it is not quoted separately. Ask us for current pricing — we do not publish it.
What a catalog looks like. Loftware’s NiceLabel Designer catalog lists 21 courses across Label Design, General Knowledge, System Administration and Migrating from LPS. Courses run from 30 minutes to several hours with interactive labs and quizzes, and are aimed at IT administrators, operations managers, QA supervisors and label designers. Certifications bundle several courses; finish them all and the certificate can go on a CV or LinkedIn. They expire after a couple of years and can be renewed.
Beyond the printer
A printer rarely sells on its own. We can fold in the rest of what we distribute — label design software from BarTender, TEKLYNX and Loftware NiceLabel; choosing the right thermal ribbon for a substrate; rewinders, dispensers and applicators; and barcode verification. See everything we carry →
Contact our Technical Support Department and tell us which line you want to cover and who is attending. Call 1-937-815-0388 or email us and we will find a time.
