LABELMATE USA’s precision, maintenance-free “Quick-Chuck” Core Chucks let you mount or remove a core or roll of labels in seconds. They are ideal for heavy rolls and production operations, and grip multiple cores equally, which makes them well suited to slitting. Quick-Chucks are standard on premium LABELMATE USA rewinder and unwinder models.

All “Quick-Chuck” models fit a 0.625″ (15.9-mm) diameter shaft with a flat. A single setscrew locks the Quick-Chuck to the shaft.

Quick-Chucks are supplied with an inner flange and an Allen wrench for the setscrew.

Maximum width is the width of core carried when no outer flange is used. An outer flange uses 0.5″ (12-mm) of that width; an inner flange does not reduce effective width.
