If your printer breaks down, you can call us and purchase a Hot Swap® Saver plan that same day. The Hot Swap® Saver option of your choice will be shipped to you out of our stock.

After you receive your replacement, pack your disabled printer in the box provided and we will arrange for it to be picked up.
